Nissan introduced the Rogue Sport in the United States in 2017. For 2020, the Rogue Sport receives a refresh. The Rogue Sport's most notable competitors include the Kia Niro, Hyundai Kona, Subaru Cross trek, Honda HR-V, Mazda CX-3, and Chevrolet Trax.The updated exterior is designed to visually distinguish the Rogue Sport from the larger Rogue. A new grille, bumper, and hood are highlighted by sporty new lighting, including LED daytime-running lights. Nitro Lime Metallic and Monarch Orange Metallic join the color palette.The Rogue Sport's sole powertrain, a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine matched with a continuously variable transmission (CVT) rated for 141 horsepower and 147 pound-feet of torque, carries over unchanged. Front-wheel drive (FWD) comes standard and all-wheel drive (AWD) is available. EPA ratings for the FWD Rogue Sport come in at 25 mpg city, 32 highway, and 28 combined, while AWD drops return 24 city, 30 highway, and 27 combined.Every Rogue infotainment system includes Bluetooth connectivity, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a hands-free text messaging assistant.
