Robe was awesome. The paperwork was easy. The dealership fee was the lowest, as he said. He was kind and was able to pick us up at the Enterprise. I had to edit this review:
After a week of driving this car, the engine light came on, and when I bought a cheap engine scanner and scanned it, there are five major issues that didn't make it to the Carfax report. On Carfax, which I relied on, there was no issue at all. Apparently, the engine light and other codes were erased or turned off before it was listed. There were major issues with the car, and I cannot leave a glowing review for this dealership.
I suggest you buy an engine scanner and scan cars in these dealerships before buying any. Know what you are buying and why the price is lower than most because dealerships' salespeople won't tell you. And also ignore Carfax data, it doesn't show everything. I should have bought an engineer scanner earlier. The engine of this car was bad, and I am sure Robe and others knew about it, but decided to sell it anyway.

Rob is a great salesman! He provided prompt communication about the vehicle I was interested in and stayed past business hours when I was ready to purchase. I did notice the vehicle computer said the battery was low when I test drove and my husband asked if there were any known issues with the battery and we were told no. We ended up having to buy a new battery the day after purchasing but I love my new to me 2013 BMW 328i and will definitely check out United Auto if I am looking to buy again in the future!

I found a car i was interested in online called in for more info before i drive 45mins to look. I asked for the carfax and was met with push back and extra questions like “ how do you plan on paying for this car, what info you need off the carfax? Etc  The call was stressful for something so basic and didn’t seem like they were that interested in selling a car that has been there over a month.

I brought my car from them a little over a month ago and it was such a smooth and easy process. When we checked the car out, he let us know right away that the serpentine belt was broke and had to get it fixed. They fixed it and we got it we no other issues. I would highly recommend them.

Avoid United Auto Corp.
Bought a 2015 Lexus RX 350 on 7/28/25. “Maintenance required” light was on as I left. They promised to fix it — didn’t. Lexus tech later found a $5000 timing cover leak even though United Auto Corp mentioned it had recently had an oil change before I purchased it which means they most definitely would have seen the leak being that it is located right above the oil pan and is leaking onto the oil pan.
Dealership is ignoring all contact. Totally dishonest. I’ve filed a BBB complaint and may take legal action. Don’t trust them and stay away.

I’m writing this review to correct the misleading and unprofessional public response from the dealership. Instead of owning up to what happened, they’ve chosen to twist the facts and deflect blame onto me — a paying customer — and I’m not letting that slide.
1.	“We asked her to bring the vehicle in”
The “maintenance required” light was already on during the test drive, and I was assured it would be handled before purchase. It wasn’t. Their mechanic failed to clear it, and the salesperson promised it would be resolved — but it never was. I ended up clearing the light myself. They didn’t actually do anything before I left with the car.
2.	“We are willing to fix it… even though she purchased the vehicle with no warranty”
What I asked for was partial compensation for a $3,800 timing cover leak, diagnosed by a Lexus-certified technician shortly after purchase. This isn’t normal wear and tear. It was a major pre-existing issue that any honest inspection should have caught — warranty or not.
3.	“She insisted she has someone who can fix cars”
That’s a twist. I explained that I had already paid for a diagnostic at a certified Lexus service center after getting no follow-up from the dealership. I never refused their help — I was simply seeking answers when they failed to respond or follow through.
4.	“She became pushy and aggressive”
Completely false. I remained professional and patient — even after being ignored and strung along. Calling a customer “aggressive” for asking for accountability is just an attempt to shift blame and silence valid concerns.
5.	“She got a very good deal on the Lexus”
Whether or not the price was “good” doesn’t excuse selling a vehicle with a hidden $3,800 issue. A good deal should still mean a safe, roadworthy car — not a ticking time bomb.

I’ve made every effort to handle this directly and respectfully. But since the dealership chose to respond publicly with twisted half-truths instead of integrity, I’m doing the same — with facts.

If this is how they handle problems after a sale, I would strongly urge you to think twice before doing business here.
