Fully functional comes with charger, locking chain with 3 keys, saddle bags, rear rack, front and back lights, key for the battery, survival kit, rear view mirror, tire pump, extra cushion saddle (The tape is only keeping in the extra cushion on and can be removed to expose the perfect factory saddle) SHOCK ABSORBER IN THE SADDLE TUBE!! Along with a couple of other features that will only be discussed with the purchaser!! This bike is the smoothest bike I have ever had the pleasure of riding. When it shifts there is no noise or feelings except for the extra force required to pedal it's amazing. I never knew a bike could shift like this. It's a 4 speed Nexus integrated hub so you never have to worry about a derailer screwing up and you getting stranded. This bike was purchased brand new for $3000 and barely ridden then parked until now. You will not find another one like this folks.
