Bought this with the intention of restoring some hybrid battery cells with the programmable charge/discharge feature. It uses dc power from 22-18volts, which didnt come with it. Built a power supply with a 350w computer tower power supply and powered up fine. Ended up buying a refurbed battery so never used it...basically new. Boxed it and forgot about it until recently. One of the complaints I read about on online reviews was that it only came with a DC power connector but no inverter so you couldnt just plug it into a 110v outlet like any appliance, but i spent a bit of time, money and effort to get the right connectors from a RC hobby store, connectors, so now all you have to do is connect the charger/discharger to the computer power supply, plug it into an outlet, flip the switch, and your good to go.
