Excellent condition. There are no stains rips or tears in the fabric. From a non-smoking non pet home. The bed is a Beautyrest queen size which is only been used a few times. The cushions have been upgraded to a denser foam for extra comfort. The sofa also includes two accent pillows. It was originally purchased at a major department store. The size is 80 inches long X 26 inches deep X 32 inches high.
