This 14x18 ft shed with loft, 2x4 walls, 2x6 rafters 16OC. It has been disassemble and marked at studs and panels for easy reassemble and transportation. It can be transported on a 6x12 flatbed trailer. All wood, siding, rafters, doors, and windows are included. These sheds sell for $ 10K to 12K assembled on site. If you are handy with tools or know someone to help, this is a great deal. There will be prep, site work, foundation , etc. It will require new shingles. .. (One or 2 people can carry) They are all numbered and lettered, to match up section to section for easy reassembly. The roof rafters were disassembled from the ridge beam, with the roof sheathing removed, pulling nails. I have the windows and doors and extra new windows. It can be hand loaded on a 6x12 trailer, or flat bed... There are 2 roof end walls that are still assembled in a triangle pitch, with the end gable wall sheathing still attached. They are heavy, but 3 people can easily load and lift them. ... oh yea, the gable above the door was disassembled, too. This building is worth WAY More than I'm asking.
