If you are flat foot these shoes are true to size. They have no arch support you need insoles for them . If you need insoles they go down a half a size 8 1/2. Never worn. This is why I am selling these beautiful steel toe/comp toe work shoes. I put insoles in and walked around the house, that's it. They are very very comfortable. They just don't fit me. I wish I would of purchased size 9 1/2.
