I was very hesitant about checking ZRV Auto out because I had just got scammed from another dealer but boy was I wrong. Zora was amazing to work with and I had explained my situation and he was beyond helpful and in the end I got the car of my dreams and she’s in purple it’s the best thing I could of asked for 💜 I was super sad and bummed about my other experience but I guess things do happen for a reason. I highly recommend this place because they are super kind and understanding and willing to work with you. Also recommended if you want a Volkswagen Beetle because he has so many !! 10/10 experience ✨

Bought my wife a white beetle in nice condition from Z, 2023 summer. My wife really loves it! The car was in a very nice condition when purchased but unfortunately my wife crashed it little bit on a wall, then some small issues need to be repaired due to the crash. Z and his team knows beetle very well and helps me a lot with repairing and maintaining the beetle even in 2024, one year after purchasing. Really appreciate Z and his team ‘s help, which saved me lot of time and money from fixing the beetle else where. And Z has a garage of good interesting cars! Every time I visit California, checking Z’s garage is a quite interesting thing to do😁 Highly recommend ZRV Auto!

ZRV Auto was amazing! Zora, the owner, showed us the car and answered all of our questions. Spent less than 30 min on paperwork. The car was priced right. He gladly accepted our credit union pre-approval. Absolutely no hassle whatsoever. He was excited to make a sale and i was happy with my purchase. Thank you Zora!

I’m extremely upset with this place. My daughter was going to be purchasing her first car and we spoke with the person over the phone made arrangements to travel over 4 hours to come and pick it up only to be informed the night before we left that it had sold. Several people had to take days off to make these arrangements and this place just tossed her arrangement aside. As if a cash off wasn’t good enough. This place obviously doesn’t care nor abide by their verbal agreements until we could sign in person. Please do not go here! Look for a company that appreciates its customers! I’m upset and I hope you do better next time for others and learn from this mistake!

Wonderful, no hassle experience! Zora was a delight to work with and made sure we had a seamless experience.  He was no pressure and fully informed - also gave us a great price on our trade in. Highly recommend this dealership and Zora. Nice to find someone so reputable, you can't go wrong with ZRV.
