Bought a 2004 Sierra in Feb 2025. I asked them to put gas in it since it was at quarter tank and they only filled it to half. 9.8 miles from the shop, the left tie rod fell out, ON the 91 at 65mph! Called the shop, and the mechanic was able to fix it the same day after I had to pay to get it towed back. Later, that same day, I took it to a buddy's shop in Bakersfield to have it looked over since I was already having issues, and the engine lost all power, again, ON the 5! Turns out the battery terminals were corroded! It also needed a brake bleed, new wiper blades, oil, headlights, and a new windshield washer pump! So much for all the inspections they said they did and had documentation for! Freaking place isn't worth the hassle and problems. I will never buy or recommend them to ANYONE. Too bad they all make a living on being shady and giving the industry a bad rap! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

The car we bought was in incredible shape with low mileage and well priced.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Wanted to buy a car from here asap cash offer. Was told I had to pay an extra $1995 for theft protection. They said it was preinstalled on the car and cannot be removed. That is complete BS the system is not even worth that much, it absolutely can be uninstalled, and it needs to be activated anyway! It’s just a quick way for them to make a profit. Told them I won’t pay an extra $2k for something I don’t need, don’t want, and didn’t ask for. The salesman Ed kept trying to haggle the price down with me but I declined. They said they would get back to me, then told me they refused my offer.
All this just to make some extra cash in their pockets. You do NOT need to buy theft protection, it is an optional add on. Add ons are not required as per your consumer rights (federal register.gov)
This is a total scam, not to mention fraud.
Buyers beware!!
