Make reasonable offer! Very comfortable. Clean. No smoking/pets or fragrance. On demand hot water. Solar panel for the house batteries. Located in Libby, MT. Good condition. Not perfect. Everything worked when I was staying in it last winter. It only comes with one of the chairs. I'd recommend planning to furnish it yourself as that futon is not the most comfortable. The recliner is clean and comfortable, and the newer $6000 matress comes with the camper. I'd planned to renovate but became ill. It comes with $400 roll of grey, wood grain flooring. Nice wood stove with tripple pipes. The stove alone was $1800 new. The pipes are new and sell for two hundred something each and there are 3 of them plus the elbow which is new and I think was right under $100. Open to offers, possible partial trades.
