Have a 2000 honda accord for sale DOES NOT pass emissions. changed spark plugs and wires, did oil change, and not sure what's wrong with it .it drives good, just don't pass. I don't have time for it .. also, some tires are ok, and some have slow leak and are pretty bald taking best offer just not too low..
