The previous owner, had filled the house with everything that reminded him of his grandfather. All the furnishings were in exquisite, original, showroom condition. I subtracted (-1) for light scratches to the top of dresser, where the armoire rested, even with seven felt pads spaced around the base. It has been thoroughly cleaned; latex paint speckles removed from one side, slight crazing of finish removed from inside of armoire. All Phillips Head hardware have been tightened.
