We bought a car yesterday from PDX Motors and it was a smooth seamless experience. Jared was our saleperson and he was friendly, helpful. We had made an appointment and Jared was ready for our arrival with the car to test drive. His support people - Matthew working on our trade-in and Levon explaining all the features - were extremely helpful. We now have a new (to us) car that we are very happy with. Thanks to Jared and all who helped make it happen.

PDX Motors has far exceeded my expectations for a used car dealer. I ended up needing a repair very soon after buying my car with them and they have gone above and beyond for me. Not only did they  cover the cost of the fix, but they also detailed and washed my car. Igor and his team have been so accommodating and wonderful throughout this process, I’m so glad I bought my car with them!

I saw a prius online and inquired about via text. After receiving the generic Hi I am Jared, how can I help?". I didn't respond right away and saw the price dropped and inquired again asking if they negotiated. I was rudely text back that they were a "no haggle store" and "the manager sets the price and sticks to it". If he was smart, instead of that snappy text, he could have asked what my price range was and if he could help me with that! There were other ones I was interested in, but will never do business with them now!

I had a great experience working with Jared. I bought my son a Subaru. The mechanic had a few small fixes which the dealer accommodated. Otherwise the mechanic said it was "a good little car." Thanks PDX Motors.

PDX motors was awesome! We met Art on the lot and he was pleasant and easy to work with. I was looking to help my daughter buy her first vehicle and she fell in love with a Nissan Xterra they had up for sell. Art was more than helpful through the process, with a few set backs on our part but he continued to work with us to get the best financing possible and we drove away in the Xterra. PDX Motors let us get the vehicle inspected and then Art introduced me to Daniel to which he was Awesome as well.  Quick to respond and he addressed the couple minor things. Worked with my daughters schedule and got them fixed in a half day. Thank so much Art and Daniel!! Definitely recommend and I'm sure we will purchase from them again! Top Notch! 😊
