I needed to purchase a car for my daughter I was having a hard time finding a used reliable vehicle anywhere until I found Ark motors. I was unable to physically see the car as I do not live in Florida. The team at Ark motors put the vehicle on a lift sent me pictures and video from every aspect I requested and answered every question i had in a timely manner. The  representative that met with my mother and my daughter was on time and professional, even though I wasn’t buying the most expensive car on the lot, they treated my family like we were royalty. I purchased a q7 from them not even a 2 months ago the first month the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. Then then the oil had to be changed, not even two weeks after the the spark plugs and coils went out. Just one bad thing after another. My experience was the worst I ever had. I spent over 18000 for the car and over 1000 getting mostly everything fixed. I still have a few other issues to take care of. Just a straight aggravation. I wish I would of never met them.
