Here's a Salsbury Industries mailbox unit that has 34 locking, front-loading individual mailboxes with a set of two keys for each box. Like new, never used. Brand new it's $3,328 (see the ad I included among the photos). I'll let it go for $1,295 or best offer (that I can then hand over to the tax collector, ugh).
