SMOKE FREE HOUSE. Purchased this new in April, didn’t start using it until June to get us through June/July while we waited for our central HVAC install to be installed last week. This has both AC -and- HEAT! Can be your whole house solution for summer and winter. There is a less expensive version that only has AC. This gives you everything you need all year long. Now that we have central air we are selling this. Everything is like new. We didn’t even use the foam for the window accessories as we knew we wouldn’t use it for very long and wanted it as close to new for the next owner. Paid $699 plus tax in April = $765 including tax. Huge savings for you. $590 with no sales tax ($175 off retail price for a unit used only 2 months that’s like new!!!). You will LOVE this AC. Everything works just like new. This thing is AMAZING. Very powerful. Dual hose so hot air goes out and cool air comes in. Much better than single hose units, but of course these are more expensive because they are more complex, work better, cool more and is the most efficient portable air conditioner on the market. Also selling a 2nd toshiba unit that’s a little less powerful and lower priced that is a single hose setup. We have gad that one just about a year. It also works great. No box.
