West Elm “Eddy” Sectional - 90” couch with reversible chaise I am selling simply due to lack of space. It is showing some signs of love (age), but is still in excellent shape overall: No rips, tears, or major stains. The frame is in perfect condition; no saggy cushions here! There is just a bit of discoloration and fabric pilling on the upholstery, but the texture of the fabric is quite forgiving. I believe it would look & feel like a brand new couch, with the help of an upholstery steam cleaner + fabric shaver. Please see photos. Previously was located in a pet-friendly home (only relevant for major allergies). This couch has a Scandinavian / MCM (midcentury modern) inspired design, with a streamlined, low profile and solid wood legs. The chaise can be flipped to either the left or right side by moving the small (ottoman size) frame piece, and flipping the chaise cushion over. It is really quite stylish and works in a variety of spaces. I believe the fabric selection from West Elm is their “Frost Gray Deco Weave”. If you ordered this exact couch today, it would arrive in January 2024 and cost you $1800 +shipping. Here is the fabric description from West Elm: “A mod look with a hatched texture and multicolored, tonal threads that help mask potential wear or staining.
