everyone! I've recently started a small business and build these Japanese style soaking tubs in my backyard in the Hazelwood neighborhood (near Mall 205 in SE Portland) and a new one is up for sale. Baði Soaking Tubs (pronounced Bahzi) evolved from a wood fired "camping tub" I designed several years ago, which led me to built something more permanent that could live in my own backyard. I enjoyed building it so much that I continued and have sold several in around the Portland area. Personally I never use harsh chemicals in my own tub and sanitize solely with 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide. The peroxide binds with bacteria and essentially creates oxygen. I find it to be entirely safe and effective and would be happy to provide more info if interested. Let me know if you have any questions or want to come by to have a look.
