Do not buy a car from these people.  I bought a car at the end of June there is no check engine later anything wrong with it when I test her of it.  Signed all the papers and got the car and literally on my way home the check engine light came on.  It took weeks to get them to actually fix what was wrong with the first check engine light.  But within days of having the car five other lights come up on my dashboard but they come up randomly so they said they can't fix it unless they can scan the code.  So I've been driving around with those lights coming on for months now with no way to get it fixed because I'm never free to just go drive to their shop when those lights pop on.  Now even though it's been a few months later I've only put a few hundred miles on the car and the same check engine light that came on on my way home from purchasing the car is on again.  My car won't start I go to turn the key and the exact same error as the first time comes on so my car is stuck in the garage and I have no way to do anything about it because when I called them the very rude and not understanding at all receptionist kept telling me to call my send a warranty because they're not a repair shop.  I explained that it's the same error that they supposedly fixed approximately 400 mi ago I don't drive hardly at all.  She basically cut me off and said it's not their problem so now I have a car sucking a garage at Christmas time I have no way to get to doctor's appointments get my medications or God forbid visit anyone for the holidays.  Their service after purchasing the car is negative stars if I could give it to them and I gave them a great review when I first purchased the car I'm really upset that this woman was so rude and didn't care not her problem they got my money.  And they bundle in overpriced extended warranties with your purchase that don't cover anything and have copays so I now have to pay to fix a car I've driven for approximately 500 miles with the same problem it had when I purchased it.

First of all you never had the courtesy to ask my name I did not refuse to give it to you so that's a total lie.  Second of all it wasn't just the check engine light that was on it was a special light with the check engine light that said VSC.  I contacted you repeatedly about the other lights that kept coming on randomly where the entire dashboard lights up with every single light while I'm driving.  When I reported that to you you said bringing in so we can scan it which I can't do if the lights aren't on and if the lights are on and I'm driving I'm obviously busy doing something else.  I've been trying to get to you while those lights are on but when I left that day you told me just go to AutoZone and let them scan it for you.  Oh you do is buy garbage cars off the auctions make them look nice and pretty and act like they work and then you drive it off the lot and oh well now you're screwed cuz it's been since June. June or not first of all it was June 30th so it's not like it was the beginning of June and second of all I only put 400 miles on the car since June That's less than a month than most people would put on their car so it's not even like I've been driving it like crazy and I caused something new to happen.  All I know is I have a $400 car payment on a car that's now stuck in my garage with no way to get it out and I can call the overpriced extended warranty but you didn't check off or offer me roadside assistance you just bundled that in without even showing it to me so I have no roadside assistance from them but I can call them and pay $100 deductible if I take it to a mechanic and then it's just a discount on the labor fees it's not even a real service contract.  And as far as me rejecting your call I was on a very important call with a doctor when you called I sent you to voicemail which you didn't leave.  You can either fix my car and I'll take this review down or you can hope that people don't read this and realize what scammers you are.
