Great beginner gym! Bench press, squat rack, pull up bar/ dips. 2 sets of dumbbells which you can add any weight to. Able to do cable pull down cable rows the rest is there. Also have wrist straps. Curl bar, yoga mat, and 3 bench press bars. I also have mats for the equipment just did not post them. 900 OBO we are moving and would like it gone.
