Metro C5 1 Series Full-sized Holding/proofing combination cabinet. Width: 25 1/8 Inches Height: 69 3/4 Inches Depth: 30 1/4 Inches It's thermostat controlled temp, so you can set it and maintain a temp consistently on its own. It has a water tray, so you can use it in a humidity controlled environment. We used it as a food warmer/holder for BBQ items and roasts. All 4 wheels are rotating casters, so it's easily maneuverable. And the front 2 casters lock. We used it twice for catering events. We are no longer doing that, and this has been sitting (covered) in storage since.
