Description
This Makila was manufactured in 1921. For being almost a century this traditional Basque walking stick is in good condition. It has the stainless steel spear point (standard Makila design) concealed under the pommel. Brass collar and base. The walking tip is a nickel alloy. Shaft is traditional Makila where the design is carved and then "grown" into the medlar wood shaft before being harvested. The pommel is horn and has normal wear for its age. Still fully functional this beautiful collector's piece will not last long.
