$300. Two years old Custom shed is insulated, pre-built double primer, double painted, all seams caulked with barn door and custom cover to avoid freeze up of door rail. Roof in excellent condition. Does need some TLC caulking here and there and fresh coat of paint. Built on treated 4x4’s not attached to the ground. It’s heavy, and will need 4 strong people to lift and place in back of a pick up truck. $600 takes them both. I am located in Green Valley Lake, CA in the San Bernardino Mountains. Pick up only.
