Description

This hard to find vintage model was made from 1(contact info removed) in Japan during a period when Fender was making some outstanding high quality guitars. It has a dreadnought body style with a sunburst finish spruce top with X-bracing, mahogany back and sides, cream body binding with black/white top and back purfling, and multi-ring rosette. It has a mahogany neck 1 11/16” wide at the nut, and 2 3/32” wide at the 12th fret. The headstock is bound with black and white purfling and has a genuine pearl “Fender” logo. The fretboard is rosewood with pearl snowflake inlays, and the bridge is also rosewood. The tuners are original Fender chrome plated enclosed tuners. It has great action, which makes it very comfortable to play, strumming or finger style, and it sounds wonderful. It’s in excellent condition, and just received a fretboard treatment, fret polishing, polishing of the overall guitar, and a new set of D’Addario Coated Phosphor Bronze light gauge strings. Comes with Fender padded gig bag. This is a beauty! $220 OBO
