Worst dealership, bought a vehicle in October 2024 and they have not submitted the paperwork for title transfer to the DMV. This was confirmed with the DMV wherein they said they had nothing submitted for the vehicle purchased and was told that they only have 90 days from the date of purchase. The current temporary tags expired and when asked if they would give me new ones I was told no, when I asked K. Rios what I was supposed to do she said “I don’t know what to tell you but I can’t give you new ones”. Went to the dealership after multiple attempts of trying to get them on the phone just to be met with excuse after excuse by one of their employees K. Rios. The worst excuse was that the car was not registered because her coworkers and the owner moved her DMV terminal from the adjacent building early January which cause them to lose dealership access. When I brought up the fact that the vehicle was purchased in October ‘24 and expressed what that issue had to do with a vehicle purchased was before, all I got told “I don’t know what to tell you, I only work here and it’s on the owner”. She further stated that she know they are in the wrong but there is nothing that can be done, as a fix she said I could take the paperwork to the DMV and pay for the transfer myself, I asked her if I did that would they repay me for something they were obligated to do all she said was “No”. It kept on like this for approximately 15 minutes all the while her admitting that what they were doing was illegal. She kept on throwing the blame to the owner which leads me to believe they are doing this to multiple people that have recently purchased a vehicle.

Beautiful thing that did come out of all this is that I recorded the whole conversation and will be turning it over to the Sanger PD when I file a report for grand theft as they took the money but left me with a vehicle that is not legally mine due to their negligence, better business bureau for shady business practices, DMV to show and prove they do not adhere to their imposed requirements, and an attorney being that the issue is still not fixed. Not sure how they remain in business but they are definitely doing illegal stuff to their customers. I can only speculate that they continue getting away with this because they bully people into thinking there is no other option but to be at their mercy. They got the wrong individual on this one, and like I told K. Rios when she asked “I see that you are clearly upset, and you have every right to be” I told her “ I’m not upset nor mad just trying to get you guys to do what’s right but clearly going directly to you will do nothing, so I will have to go the legal route and I am more than ready for what is to come”.

Please save yourself the headache and do not do business with these individuals that clearly do not have the customers best interest at hand and will not complete the process for something you have purchased I.e. scammers.
