This item is available if it's listed!!! NOT NEGOTIATING on price. I purchased this as a project for my daughters, but they never use it. HAS REAL TITLE!!! No special license required to operate on the road. Very easy to ride and a great learner. Probably need a new battery. I have painted it and coated it with clear enamel. tires are brand new! The seat is recovered with neoprene. This runs well and will easily kick start every time (also has electric start). Odo says 840 miles, but I doubt this is original. It does have an aftermarket CDI wired into it. It came this way, not my add. Thanks for looking!
