I am 1000000% happy with my experience buying a car with A & A Motors throughout the WHOLE process.

I was first looking for a used car for my cousin on OfferUp due to a limited budget and the first thing I noticed was how they market their cars for the ease and convenience of the customer - not only do all their pictures have their signage behind the car (if you've been looking on offerup, all the cars blend together and sometimes it's hard to remember which car was where) but they also include a Carfax link on all their vehicles! That was so helpful in ensuring no time was wasted on looking a a vehicle I wasn't comfy with, but also built trust before even speaking with the dealership.

When I found the car I wanted, I sent a message and the rep was so nice in their response but also sent a follow up message wanting to ensure I knew that the vehicle I was looking at was manual transmission ♥️ They could've just let me show up and tried to sell me another car if I didn't know it was manual.

After arriving, the associate Luis was so nice and helpful in showing me the car and they allowed me to test drive (some buy here pay here places don't do that). After I test drove, I inquired about trade in vehicles, the car I was thinking about selling was older with high miles and I asked Luis if they would even consider wanting it before me driving it over. He called the owners and they said they would drive TO ME to check it out so I wouldn't have to commute across town. I don't know if they will do that all the time (they can't drive around everywhere when they have a business to run) but i really appreciate them helping me out after listening to my concerns about driving with my trade.

As you're purchasing they give you a buyers order and explain all the numbers for you and they also were able to print out the Carfax for me to save for my records of new vehicle. I'm really really happy with my experience and I think these guys are fair and honest. Being upfront about vehicles goes a long way in attracting customers, they didn't have to offer all that they did but they went above and beyond it shows their integrity and good business spirit! I'm going to recommend A & A Motors to anyone who needs to buy a car and doesn't want to over pay at a big name dealership 🚙💨

Just bought a 2016 Nissan Sentra earlier this week & am very happy with the service and attention the staff has shown, especially Luis. He was very honest & helpful.

One of the wheel covers was off & he got new ones for all 4 tires. When I pointed out a crack in the front windshield he said they would replace it at no extra charge. They did the work this morning & I picked my car up this evening. Very fast & efficient service.

My experience here was more pleasant than any new dealership & the people have been very prompt with communication both by phone & text.

I trusted A&A motors based on their reviews, but my experience was a huge letdown. I bought a Tahoe they claimed was in great shape, but right after the sale, I discovered major safety and electrical issues that should have been obvious with any real inspection. I’ve had to spend thousands just to make it safe to drive.

The salesperson promised to assist me with affordable repairs  if I had problems, but after I reached out twice, I was ignored. Even when they did replace the brakes as agreed, I was left waiting over an hour for the mechanic to show up past the appointment time.

I regret trusting their word and would strongly urge anyone considering this place to get everything in writing if they make promises and have your own mechanic check the vehicle first. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.

Everyone I’ve worked with at A&A Motors has been superb.  They made buying a car easy and painless.  Next time I buy a car, I will definitely be looking here first. Highly recommended.

Alejandro, AJ, and the rest of the staff were all very accommodating. They took care of us and answered all of our questions about the inventory. The purchase process for our daughter's car was under an hour. We would come back for future purchase and recommend to others for pre-owned cars.
