Purchased new close to 4 years ago at Mor Furniture (paid $679) and in immaculate like-new condition with absolutely no stains or tears or any other issues whatsoever and was hardly ever used. The loveseat is very well built, not extremely heavy, features beige microfiber / microsuede seats with espresso brown leather upholstered back and sides, and the seat cushions and pillows are all very comfortable and supportive and they're all removable as well. Also comes with matching throw pillows. Dimensions H 32.5" W 64" D 36" From a nonsmoking and pet-free home. Asking $250. And delivery available for an extra $50
