30’ 1993 fleetwood Coronado motorhome, well takencare of, brand new roof, no dry rot, no water leaks and all appliances work great. Comes with new sewage hose, new tire covers and a new white freshwater hose. Also comes with a bottle jack to change out flat tires or to level the motorhome. Engine runs great. I really dont want to sell this Rv but I have to in order to pay off dept. I am an Rv tech and replaced the roof summer 2024. All around good motor home. The things that are going to need to be replaced eventually are the starting battery, the step switch, and it will need some new tires. The tires that are on it now are dry cracking. Before I got the motor home it sat for 10 years. I brought it back to life. Cleaned it up real well and put a new roof on it. There is some stains on the ceiling then you first walk into the rv that is from water when it had a bad roof. It also has a little bit of the wallpaper crinkling in the rear passenger side. Im asking $15,000 OBO app won’t let me add anymore pics. I have many more just ask to see them if interested.
