Description

3rd gear is grinding bad, still have first and second doing fine, most likely the teeth on the gear selector ring have rubbed off. The chuck has broken teeth in it but it can still hold bits and moderate size drill bits no problem, will not fix a mixer. The gearbox, housing, and chuck have all been replaced once before with a dcd996, that’s why it has the XR badge on the housing. I’ve got a bag of parts of another 999 gearbox I had I’ll throw with it to fix it. I used to love fixing tools but now I don’t have time and just want it gone $30 or best offer
