A few weeks ago, I was in my first car accident and my car was totaled. I’d never bought a car from a dealership before, so I was nervous going into the process. I found a newly listed used car at San Diego ECARS that was priced really well, so my husband and I scheduled a test drive that same day.

Peter was the literal opposite of the pushy, stereotypical used car salesperson. There was zero pressure — no following us around, no trying to upsell us, and no hidden agenda. In fact, he didn’t even mention that they had the same car in a newer model. We asked if there was anything comparable we could try, since the one we were interested in had a 6-speed transmission, which I’d never driven before. He happily let us test drive both just so I could get a feel for it — no pressure at all.

The financing process was smooth (even though I’d never done that before either), and they made sure I had solid warranty coverage, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Overall, I felt comfortable the entire time — which I didn’t expect going into a dealership for the first time.

Highly recommend! Peter made the whole experience way better than I imagined, and I ended up with a car I love.

I purchased a vehicle from this establishment yesterday. I genuinely appreciated Peter's sales approach, which gave us time and space to make an informed decision. Highly recommend. Also, Peter laughed at our bad jokes, which is a plus.

My wife has already put in her review, but I just want to add that this dealership is truly unlike any other I've dealt with. She wasn't sure what to expect since she hasn't dealt with car dealers before. I have been through it several times and this was so different. Peter was so easy to work with and friendly, listened to our concerns, fully stood behind what she bought even after we took it home. She bought a lower end car compared to a lot of what they sell, but they stood behind every word and wouldn't expect any better service even if we we're buying a $100,000 car. Thank you and we won't forget this I'll be looking for a truck in the next few years and will look here first.

It's been 8 months since I bought a Model 3 from Peter.  I only had 2 days to buy a car before going back to NYC (wanted a car that hadn't seen winter).  He was extremely nice and accommodating.  There were a few small things with the car we wanted fixed he said he'd take care of them and we had to trust it would show up as he stated after being shipped across the country.  The car showed up exactly as advertised with all the fixes made.  There was even an issue with the NY DMV not accepting proper title paperwork from CA which freaked me out a bit as I'd had a title issue in NY before. Peter was a complete champ even if I was very stressed and simply going to another DMV location fixed the issue.  I really despise buying cars but I would not hesitate to buy anything from Peter.  Car has been great ever since, no issues.
