Pick the one that works for you, or take all 3. They all can be adjusted to fit large or small adults or teenagers. My husband and I kept them adjusted for our fit and preference. The teal one (Infantino) has an added waste belt with pockets (my preference because it seemed like I could hold some of the weight on my hips and not just shoulders and back). All are padded straps and comfortable for baby and wearer. Baby Bjorn was my husband's preference because he stayed the coolest when he packed our little one. Take one for $20 or so three for $50
