Do not buy a car here! I traded in my old car and bought a new one October 20th 2024 from Itsuka and Matt. They will give you bullshit offers and waste your time (like all dealerships). Also, the car they sold me is infested with ants! That was not disclosed when I purchased it, they also did not disclose that the car had been in a collision until AFTER I bought it and they had brought me the keys! And Matt just brushed it off by saying “don’t worry about it, it was my car actually and I just bumped into a motorcycle, no big deal!” It has been over 3 months and my bank still doesn’t have the title from them. The check engine light came on in my car 1.5 months after I bought it. After 2.5 months of waiting for my documents (whole time I couldn’t drive on base since I didn’t have a current safety inspection and no registration) I asked my sales lady Itsuka for her managers number and she gave me a fake number! At 3 months I had to contact an attorney and speak to the general manager Lee to get any traction on my safety inspection and registration, as well as get my car in the shop to get it fixed. Luckily Lee got me in a rental car and had cutter cover the cost of my repair, and as of yesterday (January 27th) I have my car back and a valid safety inspection and registration. Although my bank still doesn’t have the title. Save yourself the hassle and buy a car literally anywhere else!
