1987 Toyota Pickup

Wanting to sell my old pickup truck. The ideal person the buy this is someone who likes to work on and drive these old trucks, this truck keeps going, but it needs work. It runs, it drives, it does all that. I’m trying to sell due to where I now live not having a garage to keep a project going. I mostly use it for Home Depot runs and such. Its manual transmission, 4WD, 22r carbureted, has a chopped short bed & frame with rock sliders. Not original engine, I believe it’s an engine from a 81 or 82 when the 22r had dual row chains. Has some big bumper on the front for a wench. I never wheeled it but I’d assume it has been. 294712 miles on Odometer. Things I have replaced / work performed -Tires new within last 2 years, not driven on much, OEM size on some wheels from a newer than this 4 runner -resealed valve cover -resealed oil pan -pulled the engine and trans and cleaned it pretty good -replaced clutch at that point -put in a new bigger battery, I swapped the cables around and extended the chassis ground - I put a real Weber carb in and installed it with a fuel pressure regulator. -put in a sunroof delete panel to fix water leaking into cab. It now does not leak - I replaced the brake booster and master -I replaced a ton of front end suspension components, had a lot of bad ball joins in the IFS -put a new fuel tank in -new windshield installed -blower motor works with switch correctly, heat works -replaced a bunch of the u joints Work that should be done / what’s wrong -power steering pump screams, needs replacement -transmission drips, needs to be resealed / overhauled but works fine -needs alignment -some of the aac control cables are broken, but it doesn’t really matter since this truck doesn’t have AC -could use a headliner and the visors upholstered and installed, the wire frames for them are still in the car -seat tears -does not have the washer fluid pump or tank installed, the tank is still in the cab I have a Haynes manual and some parts to go with it. My availability to see and sell is mostly weekends. I can answer questions usually by the evenings.
