This is a powered cart has a12v warn electric motor that powers the steer wheel and a hydraulic cyl to raise and lower the cart itself also there is a battery charger mounted right to it (I never tried the charger it’s just a standard 12v tender) the dolly was originally used as a helicopter tug but can be used to move anything perfect for A 4wheeler lift or Waverunner or even to move firewood everything does work forward reverse and the hydraulics I do not have a battery to go with it but can hook it up and show it works My location is 1mile west of Midway Airport very near 63rd street and Oak Park ave 60638 (Clearing) Chicago
