Description
This guitar came to me by way of a friend who inherited it as part of her dad’s guitar collection. As far as I can tell he barely played it and I’m guessing it spent its whole life in the case. There is zero fret wear and not a ding or scratch anywhere on it. All it really needs is new strings and a setup - which I wasn’t going to attempt because I have no experience with Floyd Rose trem systems. More detailed specs from sweetwater below. You can find lots of info about this model online. They go for $4,500 new and anywhere from $2500-$3500 used. Hoping to get $2,500 for it. Local pickup in San Diego. I can drop off or meet up somewhere if you’re in San Diego county. No shipping though. * Body: Alder * Neck: Neck-through-body quartersawn maple * Neck Dimensions: 3rd fret: .790-inch, 12th fret: .850-inch * Fingerboard: Ebony, compound (12-16-inch) radius * Bound fingerboard and headstock * Neck inlays: mother-of-pearl shark fin; inlaid mother-of-pearl Jackson logo * No. of frets: 24 jumbo Frets * Scale length: 25.5-inch (648mm) * Width at nut: 1-11/16-inch (43mm) * Bridge pickup: Seymour Duncan JB TB4 humbucking pickup * Middle pickup: Seymour Duncan Classic Stack humbucking pickup * Neck pickup: Seymour Duncan Classic Stack humbucking pickup * Controls: Master Volume, Master Tone, 5-position blade pickup selector * CTS pots and Switchcraft switches * Bridge: Floyd Rose Original double-locking 2-Point tremolo * Tuning machines: Die-cast tuners * Hardware: Black
