**WILL NOT ACCELERATE** the bike will turn on occasionally, but not everytime. Has been left outside uncovered for some time alot of rust, new battery installed 2-3 months ago. Most likely a clutch issue as when i last rode it the bike would turn on, go into 1-5 gear but would give no gas to the bike. Will idle in 1-5 aswell. Price negotiable
