For Sale is a John Deere 1023E Compact Tractor. It features the 23.5 Horsepower Yanmar Diesel. It has the loader as you can see from the pictures as well the 60 inch Auto Connect drive over deck. It is a 4 wheel drive. It has all the standard bells and whistles including rear and mid PTO, Hydrostatic drive, power steering, 3 point hitch. differential lock, auto conect deck etc. This unit has just 615 hours! It is in great condition as you can see from the pictures. you think my price is not fair please check with your John Deere dealer. My understanding the the MSRP prices are something close to tractor $16,025 loader $ 5,378 mower $ 3,000 plus tax... I think you would be over $25,000 by the time you got it home. Obviously 615 hours is not alot of hours.... there is a reason why they are still making this model! Snow removal is not that far away! I can deliver it for a reasonable fee.
