Delivered Jan of this year. Have been cover with couch covers due to grandkids. Both chairs on loveseat recline and so do the two end seats on sofa In great condition but two issues. See pictures. Left 3 seater arm had that rip and the small stitching is on the top of the love seat. Dimensions for both are in the pictures. Still in great condition. Must pick up in Grover beach $450 or make an offer
