The Three Piece sofa, mstching chair and ottoman living room set is about two.years old and is still in fairly decent condition. There are no large stains or tears on the sofa, matching child or ottoman. There are a couple of small tears on the sofa from moving it a few times over the years. There are some cat hairs and a furniture. We are located on South Eastern Ave near Russell Rd. There is no delivery. The buyer must have a truck or trailer to pick up the living room furniture set. The price is firm.
