Chairs have not been put together. They are new. They are missing 3 of the round black plastic things that go on the bottom knobs on the chairs. You can get them at Lowe's or Home Depot. Comes with the hardware. Measurements: Top of chair to bottom: 32" Width (armrest): 24 1/4" Width(seat): about 17" You can pick up the chairs anytime, day or night. You can come to the parking lot at my apartment complex or meet at a public place. I am available 7 days a week, any hour, within reason.
