1972 Chevy Nova, originally a 350 car. It now has a 1st gen 350 turned into a 385 stroker. The motor has been bored 40 over for the pistons and is a 4 bolt main. Has Comp cam 268 extreme energy. I bought this car from Arizona when I got out of the Marines and i have been restoring and modifying the car to make it a fast efficient street car with 3.73 differential gears in a reliable 10 bolt 8.5 rear axle. Th350 transmission has a 2200-2800 stall 10 inch torque converter to prevent heat build up or weardown instead of a 12 or 13 inch stock one. has a 750 cfm edelbrock carburetor that was a manual choke 1407 converted into a electric choke with a Thompson performance power blast plate for better throttle response and gas efficiency with no bog. The intake is a edelbrock performer Rpm airgap that increases cooling and helps tremendously for crisp throttle response. Valve covers are Mickey Thompson cast aluminum with reusable gaskets that require no sealant.The car has energy suspension polyurethane bushings that are heavy duty and grade 8 bolts nuts and washers where they need it most. Rear suspension is done and it has shackles to raise or lower. The rear has bilstien shocks and a 5 multi leaf spring suspension accompanied by Lakewood traction control bars. The front suspension has polyurethane sway bar and end link bushings. The motor and transmission have poly as well. The brakes have been 80% replaced only thing needs done is the brake booster and manifold. It has disk front and drums rear. The tires have 2 new 14's in the front and decent 15's in the rear. Rims are universal Crager SS. Motor has black shorty headers and MSD streetfire spark plug wires. Spark plugs were NGKs. Has MSD HEI vacuum secondary distributor. Have regular and mini starter that needs a 1 inch gap plate. Has brand new rearview mirror with tilt correct for the car. Has RPM tach. The headlights are xenon and halogen with green LEDs and a flip switch. 90% of the bulbs are LED. All 12 dash bulbs
