Description

The B4 is known as a popular and durable oscillating spindle sander for both wood and metal sanding applications. Motor: Heavy-duty 1/2 HP motor rated for continuous operation. It was available in single-phase (115 or 230V) or three-phase (208, 230, or 460V) power. Spindle speed: 1,725 RPM. Oscillation: 1-5/8" of vertical travel at 90 strokes per minute. Lubrication: Oil bath splash system for quiet, smooth, and wear-resistant operation. Needs switch repair. Table dimensions: 20" x 24". The table can be tilted 15° up and 45° down using a worm and gear mechanism. It can be locked in a horizontal position with a tapered pin. included throat rings and an assortment of spindles, ranging from 1/2" to 4" in diameter. An integral tray offers convenient storage for spindles.
