After shopping the other nearby dealers for a few days, we took an interest in a 2021 Rogue Sport.  The salesman, Brandon, was easy to work with, and the whole buying process went smoothly.  A few weeks later, we had a check engine light issue and called the Service Department.  They got us in quickly, provided us first with a ride home, then later a rental car.  Repairs were done at no charge.  Whole experience has been first class!!

Had a great experience this past weekend at Coulter Nissan. I found a beautiful gently used certified 2022 Armada that was priced below market value. I have been taking my vehicle to coulter for several years now entirely due to Skip Walker. I can not say enough incredible things about how well he treats his customers and his dedication to doing right. This time I was transferred to Marc Hicks. Marc came highly recommended. I left my vehicle there overnight due to Marc stating he would not be able to look at it that evening, understandable due to the time of the afternoon. The next day I had still not been updated about my vehicle and looked at my service status via the tracker. The vehicle had not even been looked at. This was around 2pm and I had to call in to Marc to get an update. I was told the technicians were backed up and he was not sure if it would get looked at that day but he would follow up around 4-430 in the afternoon. Later that afternoon around 5-530 I had to again call for an update and was told they would try to get to it the next day. I informed him I need transportation if they weren’t going to look at it I would need to get the vehicle and would be taking it elsewhere. It was not until that he offered me a rental vehicle. I came the next morning to pick up the rental vehicle and Marc was off putting and irritable. The rental service advisor was fantastic and was the one to inform me I would not have to pay for the rental. When the vehicle was finally looked at I still did not hear from Marc. I looked at the recommended services online and facilitated all the repairs myself. I never heard from Marc about it despite extensive recommended repairs to the transmission of my vehicle, dog bone mount and shocks. I had approved the basics and was so frustrated at this point from lack of communication I declined the rest. When I picked up my vehicle again Marc was off putting, barely spoke with me. He made to effort to explain the repairs or offer other alternative routes to assist with the over 8000 dollars he quoted me. I recognize that things happen, service gets behind and I appreciate all that the service technicians do. But the lack of communication and respect from Marc was not necessary. I have never been a problem customer for your service department and tried to respect your staff in every situation. I did not deserve the treatment your service advisor gave me.

We had originally gone to another dealership and were very disappointed with their service and attitude. We arrived here, were greeted and welcomed promptly. Our salesman was very helpful and considerate. He walked through all the requirements we had and showed us what was available.
