1 bunk bed football style frame . Twin on Top full size on bottom. Bottom is a futon. Which can fold to couch for sitting. No futon mattress or twin mattress included 1 leather BaseBall Glove Swivel Chair. 1 BaseBall leather foot rest. 1 Football style 2 drawer night stand. Everything is in like new condition. I had in storage for a while. The bunk bed is taken apart . I do believe I have the hard wear but not instructions for assembly. (Could be looked up) This is a pick up Sale, all items sold together preferably. I will add pics of Chair, football drawer and foot rest as these are pics from online $500 OBO Updated : added pictures of the items, I do have a futon mattress in the pics if wanted. Cannot find the hardware but I ordered it new from Rooms to go when I purchased it a few years ago
