This was the most pleasant car shopping experience I have ever had. Both Andy and Angel were extremely professional and didn't try to take advantage of getting more money out of me. This was a first-time lease for me, and they were wonderful and very professional, helped, and explained everything to me a-z. Kimberly, the financial manager, was also great. I was pleasantly surprised. Absolutely, no one was pushy, and everyone did the best they could to keep me in my budget. Ontop of staying way way past their regular hrs, Noone rushed me one bit. The dealership itself is extremely clean. The entire experience was wonderful! Also they gave a fantastic price for my trade in! Can't recommend them enough!

Do NOT purchase any vehicle from this dealership!!! The people here sold me a BRAND NEW Dodge Ram 1500 on 1-14-23 and when I go to Firkins Dodge Ram in Bradenton, FL to inquire about my peeling paint being under warranty I am told by the service advisor that my BRAND NEW truck has NO warranty!!! He shows us the screen and says, "An area manager at Cape Coral Dodge Ram placed a vehicle restriction stating that my truck has oversized wheels on 1-5-23." So this was done well before I walked into this dealership to purchase the truck.

This truck was purchased brand NEW from this dealership with a rocky ridge package already on the truck.

3-3-25 I call Cape Coral Dodge, and Triniti says she is a manager and she will get Homer in finance to call me back regarding the issue.

3-4-25 I texted Triniti back to find out why I didn't get a call back, and I get no reply.

3-6-25 I text Trinti again, and I get no reply back.

3-31-25 After calling the dealership again and speaking to a manager in the service department, he says he will get a manager/supervisor to call me back.  I get a call from Emily. I tell her everything. She then sends me a text stating Homer will call me back.

4-1-25 I text Emily asking what was going on and inquiring about when I would get a call from Homer. I get no reply.

4-8-25 I text Emily again, and I get no reply back.
4-16-25 I get this text from Emily. Thank you so much for your patience! I’ve passed all the additional information along to Homer, and he will be reaching out to you shortly to discuss what we can do next. We truly appreciate your time, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything else you need in the meantime!

4-17-25 Homer finally calls me and says, " Hi, I was told to call you back and then states that he has no idea why."  Is this a joke to you all? I then explain everything to him, and he says he will look into it and call me back.

He never calls back.

4-19-25 I got a call from someone named Joseph in finance, and he said Homer told him to call me, and he has no clue why.
I now explain everything to him. He walks over to the service department, and they tell him that Danny Alfonso or Ron will have to help me.

4-21-25 It's now 1:10 p.m., and I haven't received a call from Danny Alfonso or Ron. I will be trying to reach them shortly, and then I will be emailing the head general manager Josh Clinton next. 5:28pm I called Danny Alfonsos phone number and left him a message with my name and number asking for a call back. 5:29pm I called Ron's number and left a message asking for a call back.

4-22-25 I haven't received a call back after calling and leaving my name and number on Danny and Ron's lines.

Andy Turner was great… really fought for us to get the price we wanted! His sales manager Rob Leininger was involved and gave us a great deal. Hugo Rubio and Kimberly Vinals got our paperwork done in no time. Thank you all at Cape Coral Dodge 😊

They followed up with me and received a Wagoneer S in the color I am looking for. 5 stars for the follow-up! Thank you to Joe! Will update again if it ends up in my garage!

I did finally hear from them late last night that they do not have a Wagoneer S available on the lot, but they will continue to try to locate one for me. At least they are trying! Will continue to update.

Second Edit 3/4/25:
They have sent me a quote honoring the stated lease offer on Jeep's website, but when I replied back inquiring about actual availability of the vehicle, I haven't received communication back.

Joe from the dealership called to follow up and see if I was still interested, and is supposed to call me back to make this right. Let's see what happens. Will keep you all posted!

Edited to add:
I see the dealership has just replied to my review that this information was forwarded to management. I will update again if management follows up and rectifies this situation. I have faith that they will, as my first purchase with them in 2023 was fantastic. I also want to add that even through this recent terrible experience, our salesman, Michael Tota, was fantastic to work with. He continued to try to help even under the less-than ideal circumstances. Michael deserves a promotion!

I STRONGLY advise you not to do business with Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Even after showing them the lease offer on Jeeps website for the Wagoneer S ($468 per month, 10,000 miles per year, $4,999 down), they wrote me up a lease for over $1,000 per month, and then lied about the terms of the lease offer on Jeep's website, saying it didn't include first-months payment and was only 7,500 miles per year, which is incorrect.  (And before anyone suggests it, this did not include anything you may suspect to skew the numbers, such as a lot of negative equity, etc.)

We have purchased from this dealership previously, and our previous experience was fantastic. This time, however, our experience was absolutely terrible. Rob, the sales manager, flat-out lied about the available lease offer right on jeeps website, and quoted us MORE THAN DOUBLE the lease payment, after the internet sales department harassed me all day to come in, stating they had the vehicle available, only to find out, after fighting rush hour traffic and driving for 45 minutes, that it was never available to begin with, and even while we were sitting there and had already been told the vehicle was not available, the internet sales rep Allyson still continued to text me asking if I was still coming. Absolutely terrible customer service. Hopefully your experience will be much better than mine if you choose to do business with them. Good Luck!
