This is the IKEA Friheten Sleeper Sectional Couch (navy blue); originally bought for $1100 with tax. It has plenty of room for the whole family, a spring-loaded storage compartment under the L, and pulls out into a Queen-sized bed in less than 10 seconds! The seat back pillows are machine washable. IKEA discontinued this exact color, and you can even buy after-market colored covers for it, getting both a great deal on this couch and the color you want! I have a ton of listings like this right now with brand new house furnishings. I tried out Airbnb Hosting for about 6mo and my unit didn’t get many listings, so now I’m switching to a long-term rental and selling all the brand new furniture I bought for the Airbnb.
