This a golds gym brand full workout set. Comes with all the plates in the picture, all the dumbbells, pull up bar, attachment for preacher curls, the bar, clips, and other weights. You can do bench press, squats, lat pull downs, preacher curls, incline curls, quad and hamstring extensions. The bench can be used like a normal bench and with the machine.
