My name is Carolyn, and I purchased a car in cash from your dealership. From the moment I drove the car off the lot, it began overheating, forcing me to spend additional money on repairs.

I also made it very clear that I wanted to transfer my existing tag. Instead, a new tag was issued without my consent. Now I am being told I owe additional money, and there is even a stop placed on renewing my registration.

This is completely unfair and feels like an attempt to squeeze more money out of me. I am a single mother with an infant and a toddler who depend on me daily, and I rely on my vehicle to care for them. What is happening here should not be legal, and I am prepared to escalate this matter to the appropriate consumer protection agencies if necessary.

I am requesting that the owner reach out to me directly regarding this issue. Based on this experience, I would never purchase from or refer anyone to this business, as it is clear customers are not being treated with fairness or integrity.

This is my second car purchase with Kevin and Ezequiel, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Their outstanding service and professionalism set them apart from other dealerships in Miami. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smooth and top-notch car buying experience.

Stay away from this place.  Paid for vehicle in full, they were to transfer tag.  I have been waiting 90 days and they still can't tell me why they can't give it to me. I have no tag or registration in our name.  I am on my 4th temporary tag. At least it WILL BE my 4th when I get it. They sent this one to the wrong address.  This is a work vehicle and it costs me if it's not on the road. I have filed a complaint with FLHSMV.  Hopefully, they can help.  Next is DBPR to file a complaint against their license and then my lawyer.

This guy is a crook! Sold us a car that was actually a lease and he never paid off the lease, but took the money instead! Now the bank wants the car back. This guy is a piece of crap
120k for Range Rover GONE!!!  and he tells the bank that he’s having “financial problems”

The most positive car buying experience I have ever had. Auto Deal Xpress has great quality cars with low mileage. Kevin and the rest of the staff were patient and explained very part of the process.
