I just got my new Mini Cooper from Proton Auto Group and the service was excellent, Joe and Chris take care of me and went through all the details about the car. I will definitely comeback.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership, and while the staff were friendly and professional, my overall experience was disappointing. They added over $5,000 in unnecessary fees and extras on top of the car’s price, most of which I didn’t need or request. Unfortunately, I was in a rush to catch a flight and didn’t have time to thoroughly review the paperwork, which allowed these charges to go unnoticed until after the fact.

The car itself is fine, but I can’t shake the feeling that I was taken advantage of during the process. While I take responsibility for not being more diligent, I expected more transparency and honesty from the dealership. This experience has taught me to approach car purchases with more caution, and I would advise others to carefully review everything before signing.

It’s interesting how defensive you are, especially when you’re blatantly misrepresenting the facts. My credit was 730 at the time, so your attempt to discredit me with false information is both laughable and desperate. The car was listed at $15,000, yet somehow, after your legitimate fees, the total skyrocketed to $22,000—quite the markup for a dealership that supposedly follows the letter of the law.

If anything, I did learn a lesson: never trust a dealership that operates like yours. The condescending tone in your response only reinforces the kind of business you run. But don’t worry—I’ll be sure to share my experience so others can avoid the same mistake.

This past month, I had the pleasure of working with Joe and Chris from Proton. Let me just say from the start; we ended up not buying a car from them. But it's for this very reason that I am giving them a 5 star rating. Just a little background on the situation; I was shopping for a Cayenne GTS to replace my wife's Cayenne S. There were none for sale locally in CO, so I had to expand my search to other states. While there were some options in neighboring states closer to home, Proton had a car that checked the boxes and their great reviews and track record really gave me confidence in doing business with them despite having 1800 miles in between us. So, we arranged financing, flew to NY to have a look at the car, but ended up not purchasing. Now, this is where and why I want to give these guys 5 stars. Never once did they pressure, or give us a hard time about not buying. Joe and Chris were absolute gentlemen throughout the entire process, and even though we opted to go a different route, they were 100% understanding and fantastic to work with. They got the funds that we paid for the car reversed and back to us in short order and made sure we were good and whole on that end. Even though we didn't do business together in the end, they still treated me like a valued customer. These guys have great integrity, and I would not hesitate in giving them a recommendation.

I really enjoy the experience with these guys . Great prices , great cars and great people . I purchased 2 vehicles from this place .  I would give 6 stars but 5 are the only option . God bless what you do.

i see you squashed my bad review… well here it is again.  you cheated and lied to me, adding $2,500 to the price of the car i saw on the lot.  Joe ignored my comments o about the condition of the car and also added $1,800 more for a warranty without telling me.  Your run a terrible company built on getting away with selling sub value cars.
